Teflon Coating

The protective tough Teflon layer will make the exterior scratch proof and keep the paint and bike looking new and shiny for a long time.
Minor scratched on the paint will be airbrushed and hidden away after the process. Process Teflon coating is a process carried out on a vehicle, (here two-wheeler) as part of an extra-care. The Coating offers a 0.2 microns layer over the painted parts.
The vehicle is washed thoroughly, so that there are no dust particles on the surface.
It is then wiped and dried.
The chemical, ie Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), the coating of Teflon is applied uniformly.
The coating is then left to dry. It takes about 30 minutes to dry.
After the vehicle is dried, the paint surfaces are carefully buffed to remove scratches and offer a glossy finish.
