Customers who purchased their vehicle from 2016 onwards are eligible.
Upon visiting the service center, customers will receive a health card report and undergo a checking process.
After the check, we will provide a 6-month warranty for 72 parts, claimable across all VOC Franchises in India.
Every 3 months or 3000 km, the customer’s bike must be serviced at a VOC Franchise.
The calling or claimable period starts 30 days after the warranty purchase.
When customers come for service, their service charges and parts repair or replacement will be covered under the warranty; only consumables will be charged.
The cost of engine oil will vary according to the bike’s CC.
Any additional work will incur charges.
Customers can also upgrade to a 12 or 24-month warranty.
